Verify the plan you would like to purchase and its suitability for the property you would like to build on. Also verify that it meets all architectural reviews of subdivision (if applicable) and all municipal code requirements.

One-Time Build: Client’s right is conditional and limited to a one-time use.

Copyright: Related items are and will remain the property of J Taylor Designs. Plans may not be sold, loaned, or given to others for the purpose of constructing another project. Possession of plans does not authorize continued use for construction of other projects. Reproduction in any manner is prohibited without the written consent of J Taylor Designs and will be a violation of federal law. (AWCPA 1990)

Responsibilities of Client and/or Contractor: Client/Contractor shall verify all local codes, conditions, and dimensions at site before beginning construction. Any discrepancies shall be reported to J Taylor Designs for justification and/or correction before proceeding with work. Client/Contractors shall assume responsibility for errors that are not reported. J Taylor designs assumes no liability for any home constructed.

Designer is not a licensed architect or engineer and does not provide services for which such license may be required. Therefore, plans do not carry an architectural or structural engineer stamp. It is Clients responsibility, if required by the local code department, to have plans reviewed and stamped by a local architect or structural engineer.

Limitation of Liability by Designer: The services and the work product of Designer are sold “as is”. In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Designer to Client for damages for any and all causes whatsoever, and Client’s sole and maximum remedy, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total payment actually paid by Client to Designer and received by Designer. In no event shall Designer be liable for any lost data or content, lost profits, business interruption or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the material or the services provided by Designer, even if Designer has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Designer is not a licensed architect or engineer and does not provide services for which such license may be required.
