Why a stock plan from JTD? For us, unique simplicity was key. We wanted an updated, modern farmhouse plan with functionality and J Taylor Design's Tramel plan was exactly what we envisioned! From the beginning stages of planning to purchase a plan through the very end of the building process a state away from her, Jamie was available and unbelievably helpful. It was an experience truly customized to our needs and dreams and well worth what we paid for the plan! Our favorite stock feature is the abundance of natural light through the numerous windows (honestly, the black aluminum windows make the exterior!) and our favorite custom feature is the fun urinal closet she added to our Master Bath. Home should feel easy and to us, working with J Taylor Designs made living in our home and loving it easy. We will forever be grateful!
